52 Definition of "assessment order"

In this Division--

(a) an order made under section 53 is referred to as
"an assessment order" , and

(b) a reference to
"assessment" includes, in the case of an order for the physical, psychological, psychiatric or other medical examination of a child or young person, a reference to such examination.
