CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS (CARE AND PROTECTION) ACT 1998 - SECT 91C
Applications for parent capacity orders
(1) The Secretary is to cause a
copy of an application made under section 91B(a) to be served on the parent or
primary care-giver in relation to whom the order is sought to be made as soon
as is reasonably practicable after the application is filed.
(2) The copy of
the application must be written and arranged in such a form that there is a
reasonable likelihood that its contents will be understood by the person on
whom it is served.
