CANCER INSTITUTE (NSW) ACT 2003 - SECT 13
Collection of cancer control information
13 Collection of cancer control information
(1) The Cancer Institute may request any person or body to provide the
Cancer Institute with any information about cancer control that is held by the
person or body.
(2) If any such request is made with respect to the Ministry
of Health or a public health organisation, the request must be complied with
if the Secretary consents to the provision of the information concerned.
