CANCER INSTITUTE (NSW) ACT 2003 - SECT 17
Contracts of Cancer Institute
(1) The Cancer Institute may make and enter into contracts or agreements with
any person for the performance of services, or for the supply of any goods, by
that person with respect to the exercise by the Cancer Institute of its
functions.
(2) Any contract or agreement under this section is taken, for the
purposes of the Constitution Act 1902 , to be a contract or agreement for or
on account of the Public Service of New South Wales.
