CANCER INSTITUTE (NSW) ACT 2003 - SECT 24
Service of documents on Cancer Institute
(1) A document may be served on the Cancer Institute by leaving it at, or by
sending it by post to: (a) the office of the Cancer Institute, or
(b) if it
has more than one office, any one of its offices.
(2) Nothing in subsection
(1) affects the operation of any provision of a law or of the rules of a court
authorising a document to be served on the Cancer Institute in a manner not
provided for by subsection (1).
