CANCER INSTITUTE (NSW) ACT 2003 - SECT 8

8 Membership of Board

(1) The Board is to consist of:

(a) at least 5, but not more than 11, persons appointed by the Minister, and

(b) the Chief Cancer Officer.

(2) Schedule 1 has effect with respect to the members and procedure of the Board.
