"associated trust" --see section 6N(3).
"child abuse proceedings" means proceedings for a civil claim arising from
abuse (including sexual abuse) against a child, whether arising under this
Part or the common law.
"entity" includes the trustees of a trust.
"legal personality" , in respect of an organisation, means the organisation is
incorporated and capable of being sued and found liable.
"management member" of an unincorporated organisation means--
(a) a member of any management committee of the organisation, or
(b) if the organisation does not have a management committee, a person who is concerned with, or takes part in, the management of the organisation, regardless of the person's title or position.
