COMMUNITY LAND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 27
Registration of amendment of development contract
(1) An amendment made under the Community Land Management Act 1989 to a
development contract may be registered by means of such recordings in the
Register as the Registrar-General thinks fit.
(2) The Registrar-General may
refuse an application for registration of such an amendment unless-- (a) it is
in the approved form and is accompanied by the prescribed fee, and
(b) it
bears the approval of the consent authority, and
(c) if approval of the
amendment by an association is required under section 16 of the
Community Land Management Act 1989 --it bears a certificate by the
association to the effect that the amendment was approved by the association
as required by that section, and
(d) if such an approval is not required--it
bears a certificate by the developer to the effect that the association has
been notified of the amendment.
