Restrictions on orders
73 Restrictions on orders
(1) An Adjudicator may not make an order (other than an interim order) until
after the expiration of the time, or the extended time, allowed for making
written submissions on the application for the order.
(2) An Adjudicator may
not make an order (other than an interim order) for the settlement of a
dispute or complaint about a function that requires a special or
unanimous resolution for its exercise.
(3) An Adjudicator may not make an
order of a kind that, under this Act, is within the original jurisdiction of
the Supreme Court, the Land and Environment Court or, except for an
interim order, the Tribunal.
