CO-OPERATIVES (ADOPTION OF NATIONAL LAW) ACT 2012 - SECT 17
National Regulations
17 National Regulations
(1) The Governor is authorised to exercise the power to make
Co-operatives National Regulations conferred by the Co-operatives National Law
as applied by an Act of any jurisdiction.
(2) The Executive Council of the
State is authorised to advise the Governor in the exercise of the power
referred to in subsection (1).
(3) This section does not limit the power of
the Governor to make local regulations conferred under the Co-operatives
National Law (NSW) .
