Formal requirements for victim impact statements
29 Formal requirements for victim impact statements
(1) A victim impact statement must- (a) be in writing, and
(b) comply with
any other requirements prescribed by the regulations.
(2) Photographs,
drawings or other images may, subject to the regulations, be included in a
victim impact statement.
(3) A victim impact statement may relate to more
than one victim.
(4) The preparation of a victim impact statement is not
mandatory.
