CRIMES (SENTENCING PROCEDURE) ACT 1999 - SECT 30B
Receipt of victim impact statement by court
(1) A court must accept a victim impact statement tendered by a prosecutor if
the statement complies with the requirements of this Division and the
regulations.
(2) A court to which a victim impact statement is tendered must
acknowledge receipt of the statement.
