CRIMES (SENTENCING PROCEDURE) ACT 1999 - SECT 71
Commencement of intensive correction order
(1) An intensive correction order commences on the date on which it is made.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an intensive correction order made in
relation to a sentence of imprisonment that is to be served consecutively (or
partly concurrently and partly consecutively) with some other sentence of
imprisonment the subject of an intensive correction order.
