If, at any stage of representative proceedings, it appears likely to the Court
that there are fewer than 7 group members, the Court may, on such conditions
(if any) as it thinks fit--
(a) order that the proceedings continue under this Part, or
(b) order that the proceedings no longer continue under this Part.
