Jurisdiction of courts
5 Jurisdiction of courts
(1) Nothing in this Act or the uniform rules limits the jurisdiction of the
Supreme Court.
(2) Nothing in the uniform rules extends the jurisdiction of
any court except to the extent to which this Act expressly so provides.
