Notices to be given when registrable person commences supervised sentence for registrable offence
5 Notices to be given when registrable person commences supervised sentence
for registrable offence
(1) As soon as practicable after a registrable person commences a supervised
sentence for a registrable offence, the supervising authority for the person
is to give written notice to the person of-- (a) the person's reporting
obligations, and
(b) the consequences that may arise if the person fails to
comply with those obligations.
(2) The regulations may make provision for or
with respect to the manner and form in which written notice must be given
under this section.
