COMBAT SPORTS ACT 2013 - SECT 100

100 Personal liability

(1) No matter or thing done or omitted to be done by a protected person or any other person acting under the direction of a protected person, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purposes of executing this Act, subjects a protected person or other person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.

(2) In this section:

"protected person" means any of the following:

(a) the Authority,

(b) a member of the Authority,

(c) an approved amateur body,

(d) a combat sport inspector,

(e) a medical practitioner,

(f) a referee,

(g) a member of an approved amateur body,

(h) a Public Service employee involved in the administration of this Act.
