COMBAT SPORTS ACT 2013 - SECT 38

38 Application of Division

This Division applies to a
"combat sport contest" that consists of:

(a) a single combat sport contest, or

(b) 2 or more combat sport contests, if the contests are held on the one occasion and at the same venue.
