45 Revocation of permits by Commissioner of Police
(1) The Commissioner of Police may, at any time before a combat sport contest
is held, revoke the permit to hold the contest if the Commissioner is
satisfied that, if the contest were held, there would be a serious risk: (a)
to public health or safety, or
(b) of substantial damage to property.
(2)
The Commissioner of Police must, as soon as practicable after revoking a
permit to hold a combat sport contest, notify the Authority of the decision to
revoke the permit.
(3) For the purpose of determining whether to take action
under this section, the Commissioner of Police may consider a criminal
intelligence report, other criminal information or any other matter the
Commissioner thinks fit.
