COMBAT SPORTS ACT 2013 - SECT 89

89 Information offences

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a notice under this Part.

Maximum penalty:

(a) in the case of a corporation--100 penalty units, or

(b) in the case of an individual--50 penalty units.
