283 Instruments issued for the purpose of creating, issuing or marketing
mortgage-backed securities
Duty under this Act is not chargeable on an instrument that, in the opinion of
the Chief Commissioner, was executed for the purpose of creating, issuing or
marketing mortgage-backed securities to the extent that it was executed for
that purpose.
