DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 4

4 Application of Act

(1) This Act does not apply to minors.

(2) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of the following Acts--

(a) the Mental Health Act 2007 ,

(b) the Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act 2020 ,

(c) the Public Health Act 2010 ,

(d) the Guardianship Act 1987 ,

(e) the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 .
