Procedure generally
43 Procedure generally
(1) Subject to this Part and the regulations, the procedure for the
proceedings, and for the conduct of the proceedings, must be determined by the
Magistrate.
(2) The regulations may provide for the following matters-- (a)
the procedure for the calling of, and for the conduct of business at, any
proceedings,
(b) giving assistance to the Magistrate by relevant qualified
persons for the purposes of determining any matter,
(c) reports and
information required to be given to the Magistrate, including provisions
relating to the matters to be dealt with in reports and the making of reports
available to the Magistrate,
(d) the recording of proceedings and
determinations of the Magistrate,
(e) the service of documents.
