DRUG AND ALCOHOL TREATMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 7
Accredited medical practitioners
(1) The Secretary may appoint a medical practitioner as an
accredited medical practitioner.
(2) The Secretary may appoint the holder of
an office (who is a medical practitioner) as an
accredited medical practitioner.
(3) The Secretary may impose conditions for
exercising the functions of an accredited medical practitioner.
