Appointment and qualifications of Judicial Registrar
18FA Appointment and qualifications of Judicial Registrar
(1) The Minister may appoint any qualified person to be the Judicial Registrar
of the Court.
(2) A person is qualified for appointment as the Judicial
Registrar if the person is an Australian lawyer.
(3) The Judicial Registrar
is to devote the whole of his or her time to the office of Judicial Registrar.
(4) The office of Judicial Registrar is a statutory office and the
Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (including Part 6) does not apply to

Schedule 1A has effect with respect to the Judicial Registrar.
