DISTRICT COURT ACT 1973 - SECT 197
Proclamations
(1) In this section,
"proclamation" means a proclamation under this Act, not being the proclamation
under section 2.
(2) A power conferred by any provision of this Act to make a
proclamation includes the power to revoke or amend that proclamation from time
to time.
(3) A proclamation shall-- (a) be published in the Gazette, and
(b)
take effect on and from the date of publication or a later date specified in
the proclamation.
