DANGEROUS GOODS (ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT) ACT 2008 - SECT 61
Transport documentation
(1) Transport documentation is admissible in any proceedings under or for the
purposes of this Act and is prima facie evidence of-- (a) the identity and
status of the parties to the transaction to which it relates, and
(b) the
destination or intended destination of the load to which it relates.
(2) The
reference in subsection (1) to the
"status" of parties includes a reference to their status in respect of their
involvement in the transport of dangerous goods.
