DISABILITY INCLUSION ACT 2014 - SECT 21
Accommodation and service standards
(1) The regulations may make
provision for or with respect to standards (
"accommodation and service standards" ) relating to the provision of supports,
services and accommodation for people with disability in
supported group accommodation.
(2) The Secretary must make the
accommodation and service standards publicly available.
