DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 22
Functions of Deputy Directors
(1) A Deputy Director shall assist the Director, as the Director requires.
(2) A Deputy Director has the same functions as a Crown Prosecutor.
