DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1986 - SECT 25
Consultation
25 Consultation
(1) The Director shall, if requested to do so by the Attorney General, consult
with the Attorney General with respect to matters concerning the exercise of
the Director's functions.
(2) The Attorney General shall, if requested to do
so by the Director, consult with the Director with respect to matters
concerning the exercise of the Director's functions.
