EDUCATION ACT 1990 - SECT 119

119 Delegation by Minister or Secretary

The Minister or the Secretary may delegate to any person or body the exercise of any of their respective functions under this Act (other than the power of delegation conferred by this section).

Note : The power of the Authority to delegate its functions under this Act is contained in the Education Standards Authority Act 2013 .
