New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny registered school (within the meaning of the Education and Public Instruction Act 1987 ) in existence immediately before the commencement of this section is to be taken to be a non-government school and to have been registered under this Act for a period of 2 years from the date of that commencement or for the balance of the current registration under that Act, whichever is the longer period.
