EDUCATION ACT 1990 - SECT 83L
Not-for-profit guidelines
(1) The Minister may publish guidelines in the Gazette relating to the
exercise of functions under this Division (including guidelines to assist
schools and proprietors of schools to comply with this Division).
(2) The
Minister is to seek the advice of the Advisory Committee before publishing any
such guidelines.
