Duty of disclosure
8 Duty of disclosure
(1) A performer representative who is both a performer representative and
venue representative in respect of a performance is, by instrument in writing,
to give notice of that fact to both the performer and the
entertainment industry hirer.
(2) A person must not, without reasonable
excuse, fail to give notice under this section. : Maximum penalty--40 penalty
units.
