ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND ASSESSMENT ACT 1979 - SECT 7.8

7.8 Jurisdiction of Court with respect to planning agreements

(cf previous s 93J)

(1) A person cannot appeal to the Court under this Act against the failure of a planning authority to enter into a planning agreement or against the terms of a planning agreement.

(2) This section does not affect the jurisdiction of the Court under section 9.45.
