New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsSection 98ZI (Recognition of disqualification to hold firearms licence) of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007 does not apply to a recognised DVO if section 98ZH of that Act applies to the recognised DVO and requires the Commissioner to revoke a licence or permit under this Act held by the person concerned or to refuse to issue a licence or permit under this Act to the person concerned.
