"adoption information action" means an action that is required by the
Adoption Act 2000 to be taken if a person with an entitlement to receive a
birth certificate or prescribed information, or lodge a contact veto or
advance notice request, under that Act is to receive the birth certificate or
prescribed information or lodge the contact veto.
