New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe government sector employment rules may deal with any matter relating to the employment of Public Service senior executives, including (without limitation) the following matters--
(a) work level standards for roles in the bands in which those executives are employed,
(b) methods of job evaluation for the roles of those executives,
(c) capabilities for the roles of those executives,
(d) the assignment (including temporary assignment) of those executives to roles,
(e) contracts of employment of those executives and their contents.
Note : The legislation under which Police Force senior executives, Health Service senior executives and Transport Service senior executives are employed also provides for the making of government sector employment rules under section 12 of this Act relating to the employment of those executives.
