GOVERNMENT SECTOR EMPLOYMENT ACT 2013 - SECT 60
Employer costs for Public Service staff of statutory bodies
(1) The Minister or the Treasurer may give directions to a statutory body
requiring the payment by the statutory body, on behalf of the Government of
New South Wales, of the remuneration and other employment-related costs (such
as superannuation, workers compensation and public liability insurance) in
respect of those Public Service employees who are employed to enable the
statutory body to exercise its functions.
(2) If a fund is established under
any Act in connection with a statutory body and the provisions of that Act
authorise the payment of amounts from the fund in connection with the
employment of persons, the statutory body is authorised to apply the fund for
the purposes of any payment required to be made by the body under subsection
(1).
