HERITAGE ACT 1977 - SECT 120F

120F Notice of right to appeal against order

Notice of the giving of an order must--

(a) state that the owner of the building, work or relic may appeal to the Court against the order or a specified part of the order, and

(b) specify the period within which an appeal may be made.
