HERITAGE ACT 1977 - SECT 157
Penalties
157 Penalties
(1) A person guilty of an offence against this Act shall be liable to a
penalty not exceeding 10,000 penalty units or imprisonment for a period not
exceeding 6 months, or both.
(2) A person guilty of an offence against the
regulations shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding 50 penalty units.
