HERITAGE ACT 1977 - SECT 166A
Heritage Council fees for services
(1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the fees that
may be charged for the services provided by the Heritage Council.
(2) The
services in respect of which such regulations may be made include the
following-- (a) the supply of a service, product or commodity,
(b) the review
of a conservation management plan,
(c) the provision of a service in
connection with the exercise of the Heritage Council's functions with respect
to applications under this Act (including the carrying out of inspections).
