HOME BUILDING ACT 1989 - SECT 48F
Effect of rectification order
(1) Except as provided by section 51, a rectification order does not give rise
to any rights or obligations.
(2) Subject to section 48I, a
rectification order ceases to have effect for the purposes of section 51 if
the matter giving rise to the order becomes the subject of a building claim.
