Time of commencement of Acts and statutory rules
24 Time of commencement of Acts and statutory rules
If an Act or statutory rule provides that it shall commence, or be deemed to
have commenced, on a particular day, it shall commence, or be deemed to have
commenced, at the beginning of that day.
