79E Meaning of "protected obligation"

In this Part,
"protected obligation" means 1 or more of the following--

(a) a duty arising under section 11,

(b) a requirement arising from a notice served on a person under section 21 or 22,

(c) a requirement arising under section 35 or 57D.
