Employer not to stipulate how remuneration to be spent
119 Employer not to stipulate how remuneration to be spent
An employer must
not, directly or indirectly, impose as a condition of the employment of an
employee any terms as to the place where or the manner in which or the person
with whom any remuneration paid to the employee is to be spent.
: Maximum
penalty--100 penalty units.
