Constitution of Commission for exercise of functions
155 Constitution of Commission for exercise of functions
(1) The Commission
may be constituted by-- (a) 1 member, or
(b) a Full Bench of the Commission.
Note : Section 199 authorises an Industrial Committee to exercise the
functions of the Commission. The rules of the Commission under section 185 may
also authorise the Industrial Registrar or other officer of the Commission to
exercise the functions of the Commission.
