Matters relating to general award review or discrimination in workplace
158 Matters relating to general award review or discrimination in workplace
(1) The Chief Commissioner is to designate particular Commissioners to deal
with matters relating to general award reviews or discrimination in the
workplace.
(2) The Chief Commissioner may allocate such matters for hearing
and determination by the appropriate designated Commissioner.
(3) This
section does not limit the functions of a designated Commissioner or the
functions of other members.
