(1) The Commission may exercise the functions of the Supreme Court in relation to--(a) compelling the attendance of witnesses and examining them on oath or affirmation, or by use of a statutory declaration, and(b) compelling the production, discovery and inspection of records and other documents, and(c) compelling witnesses to answer questions which the Commission considers to be relevant in any proceeding before it, and(d) directing that a witness be prosecuted for perjury.
