236 Rules to specify name, purposes and conditions of eligibility for
membership
The rules of a State organisation must specify--
(a) the name of
the organisation, and
(b) the purposes for which the organisation is formed,
and
(c) the conditions of eligibility for membership,
and may specify the
industry in relation to which it is formed.
